Well, today gonna marked the first day of my ICT.

Yesterday, i took a few hours unpacking those army stuff and repacked them into the backpack. After the last ICT experience, i have decided to pack less and only to bring the essential items over ( perhaps on day 2 of ICT). Usually, Day 1 would be mostly on briefing and other administrative stuff, after which the "real" training would start. I have also went for a mini jog session at the bedok reservoir park myself. I ran from home to the park and did a couple of static station like sit ups and logs. And took a short stroll a quarter of distance of the reservoir. Whilst walking, i started to think of her again. My baby girl whom is now at holiday, and most probably visiting some places of interest during the time i'm strolling. I miss you lo!!! :)

I have just heard from a platoon mate that some of my platoon mates will not be attending this 2 weeks session. Well, kinda feel sad cos it would take another year for this mini gathering. Anyway, i have just checked the training schedules. Most of the training should end by 6pm. So, after some thought. Unless, theres a overnight training, i should be going home to rest instead of staying in the camp. And if the time permits, i should be able to meet my baby girl for dinner after her work for some of the days. Countdown to her arrival back town in 4 days. :) Just visited her blog and found out that she is enjoying the holiday, and the jiu zha gou was a fantasy area, cant wait to see those photos that were taken and hear some of the experience from her soon. Well, wondering if she would wanna go there with me again in the near future or not wor? :) Yeah, miss her alot and hopefully the ICT will keep me a little busy. Cant wait to see her this coming weekend. :)

Day 2 of 8 - I m-i-s-s my darling baby!

Oh well, it's definitely been a long time since i've updated the blog entry. In fact, i've almost forgotten my sign-in password to this blog. Luckily, after a few attempts, i finally managed to sign in and to add on a blog entry tonight.

Today marked the second night of my darling baby's holiday trip. And this is also her first time visiting China, and together with her family and relatives, they went to Chengdu as well as Jiu Zai Gou ( hopefully, i spelled them correctly) haha. It is a 8D7N trip. And she will be back in my arms by next weekend thou. Kinda miss her alot too. I guessed the feeling is always true when your loved one is not proximal to you for a period of time. I can still remember a few months back, darling told me about her family's intention to have a holiday trip, visiting the tour fair and booked the tickets. She was still looking for her job after graduation. And a few weeks ago, i accompanied her to buy her pinky winter jacket. And now, she already on holiday... >.<

The morning which she flew off coincide with an examination (my 3rd paper), so i could not make it to send her off (felt a little bad over it)

That morning, i flipped on bed, having this " will miss her alot" feeling and trying to reflect on some issues which upset both of us a day before her trip. However, she was very understanding and knew my thoughts, in fact she ease my

"will miss her alot" feeling with a SMS, 5 mins before her flight. I am really happy to have receive it and rest assure her that i will be a good boy during this period. Good boy would really mean that i will be focus in my work and daily task but constantly be reminded that she will also be on my mind and be awaiting her to be back home. *someone might feel a bit mushy whilst reading this statement hor?, but its really from my bottom of the heart*.

Similarly, for the past few weeks, i have also been a mugger, do revisions and exam preparations. This is also the exam semester ( throughout the university life) that i have visited the most places to do the "mug". Let me list them out: Temasek Poly (Sch of Engineering) Benches, Canteen, NTU library, NTU old Canteen A, Bedok Macdonald, Bedok Community Library, Bukit Merah Community Library (i would recommend this to my peers, its really conducive). Last but not the least, my home study desk.. Haha. Anyway, i guessed all these venues came me the personal spaces and environment which i adore to have my exam preparation.

Well, today marks the end of my last paper. This paper was not as manageable compared to the rest of the other three papers which i have taken. Lots of calculation steps as well as drawing of graphs and theories writing. The most challenging portion is to have all of them bring completed in mere 2 hours. (and nothing more than that esp in a examination hall setting). As one saying goes, " let the nature flows, hope my grade will grow" haha. Shall pray for the best, because nothing can be altered from my part. 30th December will be the result releasal day. Keep my fingers crossed for that day then. Let me do a small prediction for the grades (and compared them against the actual ones on 30th december) here:

Day2 of 8 - I m-i-s-s my darling baby!

My 25th Birthday~! Such a blessing

Yesterday marked a very special and significant day. 20.09.2009. Such a nice date to remember, furthermore, it was also marked my 25th birthday. In fact, i have just passed a quarter of a century in life. This year was a crucial year for me, it is my final year as a university student, especially so when i'm going to finish the final stretch of my education cycle. Many uncertainties slowing surfacing out as i'm going to face the working society as in my professional field. However, at this point, i'm feeling pretty confident and optimistic about what going to be ahead and i will definitely striv

e hard to achieve the goals.

And yes, this year's birthday celebration was fruitful too. I'm able to celebrate it (just like what dear have mentioned) in 2 parts. Firstly, something different from previous year was the inclusion of my darling baby with my family members to celebrate my birthday at home, singing "Happy Birthday" song and to have a mini-cake cutting session. And it was really nice to see dear being as a family member to celebrate the occasion with me, to actively engaging in the activities and conversation. Our relationship (beyond the two of us) definitely have grown more extensively. Such heart-warming feeling! And also one most happiest thing during that day, was to be able hear my dad singing (together with my mum,sis and dear) a birthday song for me.. >.<

This year, my darling baby planned a mini birthday celebration for me. She researched on the place as well as to do the reservation. And this year, we had japanese cruisine for my birthday. The place is located at the wheelock place, named: " Sun with Moon" , interesting name and the ambient was nice. We seat at a partition area and with some little cushions at the seats.

The food were nicely presented and lifted up to our visual appeals. After the main dishes served, we ordered the dessert which two of their most recommended one were served. And yes, we finally managed to try their speciality: " the tofu cheese cake". We had some fun time starting off this dessert !! hahaha ... It was nicely kept in a cage, and looks like a forbidden treasure to its guest. ahaha...

The other speciality was the green tea tiramisu, which dear find it more delicious thou.Haha. It has a bitter (due to the green tea powder) and a sweet (due to the cheesecake nature) taste. And it was really nicely displayed.

This year, my birthday present was a watch, and i must really thank darling baby for this specially hand picked watch. It was have cost alot for her de. Xie xie ni, qi ai de!!! It really fit me well and i will wear it often and on special occasions.

A nice jog at the reservoir park.

Today marks the day 5 of the return from Ownage trip. I had a good rest yesterday, but was kinda early at 5am. A couple of things done in the night, going through some calendar scheduling and also a majority of the early morning when to watch the Utimatum (a channel 8 drama). Catching it streaming online via a popular website.

And that caused me to wake up at almost 11am the next morning. Nothing much happened after that. Help to tidy up some stuff in the room and went on to do some laundry. Sweeping and mopping the floor, sent the sofa pieces for some sunshine etc...

That took up almost 2-3 hours thou. So, decided to change into my running gear and wanted to go for a nice little jog at the reservoir in the evening, at about 6pm.

Everything ready~!!!! And off i went to the reservior... and yes.. i "went" there. LOL. Usually, i will start the running route (jog) from my home to bedok interchange, passed by darling's block via the main carpark, and towards the main road down bedok reservior. The journey usually took 25 mins before the official start to the running route at the reservoir park. So, this time decided to take a short stroll down this usual jogging route. 45 mins was about it, and started off the actual pebble track round the reservior. Pretty scenic view i would say, will lots of new infrastructures as well. Many joggers took their jogs too. However, i can feel a little loss in stamina as i started to do the jog.. and at the 2KM mark, my "brain" virtually told me to have a haul.. So, i decided to listen to it and went on the do a pit stop near the PUB station area (about 2.5KM mark). Well, i think it was a wise move thou, its been like 1 plus month since i ran and did some exercise. Therefore, i should learn to be more relax this time round. So, i managed to do a stroll down the 3KM mark, where there are some platforms near the reservior sides. They were meant for the public to gain good views of the place. So, i took a little walk down and stood on a stone seat, took out my HP and read darling's sent sms... Hahaha...

So, after about another 15 mins, i decided to continue the remaining 1+KM route. Well, was pretty sure that i was able to complete it, especially after such a long rest. But comparing with my previous jog, this is also the first time, i have made a pit stop in a jog at the reservior.

Covered the remaining distance and did a 100M sprint to the finished line ( our usual litter bin near the toilet area). Finally, went on to do some static station as well. Cleared 3 sets of 12 times logs, 1 set of 5 times large log, and did a couple of dips at the sit up area and finally end off with pull-up station.. And surprisely, i'm able to do 7 times .. ( thought i could merely reached a 5 times lor) hahha.

Home sweet home after which, and i left nothing behind but my footsteps, took nothing away but a picture taken with my handphone... LOL

What a fruitful day.... part 2

After the meet with darling, i bought the lunch back home for my parents. As usual, stayed at home, sat on the sofa watching TV and also shared some conversations with them. I guessed it must have been the 2 weeks "miss home" kinda feeling which makes me wanna talk to them more, and cherish the family moments with them, especially with the fact that i'm having a holiday vacation.

So in the evening, my friend sent me an sms which informed me that there will be short meet up on next week's enrichment programme. "chris ...10pm , meet at my house (tampines) for a short meet ya" was the sms sent out. So, decided to play safe, i told them to meet at the void deck instead. hahaha, a kind of preventive (Play Safe) measure i supposed. And we had some idea exchange on the program for next week, the approaches we are going for , the papers and questions which we are giving to the students etc. The company tee has been printed out as well. Oh yeah...I will be able to wear it next week le. Academic Coach will be my job title as for now. haha. And yes, i will defintely put up a good job to this one and to ensure a good quality coaching to my students as well. So, 10 mis past 11pm, we decided to end the meet, and Kit offered to give me a ride back home thou. So, i managed to have him stop nearby my place and not a direct one.

I have also brought home with me a set of exam paper (for next week's session) will be also doing some homework tomorrow by reading and analysing the solutions, so that i am able to deliver the tactics and strategies to tackle the sums. So, this shall be my role as an academic coach. Assist and help my student to explore the strategies and methodology to handle mathematics sums. LOL.

Oh.. by the way, dear.. i have also received a reply by my FYP prof, he would like me to visit his office next monday 11am, for a short discussion. Hhaha.. So, i guess on my part, i will have to do some read up on some references before that.

Still remember my school's Freshmen Tee Shirt Competition which i tried to enter. I have managed to win a cash prize. 6 students were awarded.

1 top prize and 5 consolations and i won a consolation prize. I guessed its not bad after all, cos it my first time joining such competitions, and to compete against other faculties, well a consolation is prettty cool thou.

In fact, the committee asked if i will be able to attend their freshmen ceremony for a prize giving, its on the 5th Aug. Well, my driving practical test as well as the academic coaching falls on the same day, so i have to give a pass to the prize ceremony. Anyway, the "de jiang zhuo pin"- winning entries will be post on the school website on a later time, where everyone will be able to see them, and i really hope my design will be printed as one of their tees.. hahaha.

Shall inform you when my tee design are on the website okay... hehhee... Hug for u.. Muacks.!@@@@!

What a fruitful day.... part 1

It's me again, doing another entry to my blog. Well, yesterday marked a beautiful day for which i have managed to complete quite a sum of things in a day. It's been almost 3 days since i have last step out of the door step. It was due to the self-quarantine which was imposed by the country a couple of weeks back. And yesterday, i managed to have a reason to walk out the house gate to breathe some fresh air after the return of the 2 weeks ownage trip.

Woke up at about 11am, and took some breakfast and did some packing of the room, before i made my way to meet my darling girl at her house to pass her some sourvneir and food stuff which i have bought her and family. I guess it was also a good reason for me to meet her and have a look at her since the last meet 1/2 months back. The feeling was really great. Holding on to the stuff i have bought for her, and my mind thinking of her happy and delighted smile later on. This is what i called "priceless" which is beyond description. The "miss you" kinda of feeling definitely will be poured out when i get to see her later on. And despite the hot and sunny weather, i was not being pulled away from these happy feeling as i walked to her place. Gave a knock on her door and awaiting for her, but i guess my knocking force was a little to soft thou. So, a phone call did the final job. Haha. It was really excited to have seen her. Well, and due to the H1N1 thingy, i have to stay a distance from her thou, this is just a preventive thing. And dun worry.. I am just alright, as strong as an ox.. LOL. So, took out the food stuff and explain on them, i have also prepared some gift to each of my darling's family too. To me, i feel it should be the way that when i doTe on my darling, i should also doTe on her family as well ("爱屋及屋“). Hehehe.. Right hor darling??? Hehe. It was quite a surprise when i initially wanted to skip her gift which i chose specially for her ( and postphone it to our sunday meet) but i guess it is just right to do that every day as well. I know she must be waiting anxiously thou. Hehehe. Anyway, i still decide to be playful, told her to turn around, not to peep at what i hahve install for her and took out a small little keychain.. Her expression was so cute.. just like a small little girl, waiting to ride her wooden horse. I've always like to see her that way. I guess in everyone , there's always a small little child heart. Haha. Finally, i took one of the 2 gift for her. A small pendent watch which i took quite a while to chose before i made the choice. I think it really suit her, it can be wore during her outing, just like a lady accessories. Practical in a way that she can look at the time when situation arise. Last but not least, i took one the jewel box which contain an unique jewellery necklaces and earring for her. It also suit her very well too. The "ling gan" which i wanted to get it from was a photo shot which i took for her during the flyer visit before my trip. It was a "bird and bird nest" . But i guess this one which i have for her more "snowy" feeling.. cos she always a "bai xue gong zu" in my heart. Defintely will like her to have them wore during nice occasion along the way thou.

Dear, i hope you like the gift i have had prepared for you in my holiday trip.

After that we had a short and nice chat, it is definitely the 2 weeks that make us feel more closer than ever. So many things, i would like to share with her, the ordeals, the happening events, and to know her daily happenings during the holiday period. One big hug from her and off i went to grab some lunch back home.

IA result is out.

Well, it's definitley been a long time since i visited the blog to enter some entries in. For the past few months, many activities passed by, and definitely lot of memories to keep in my heart too. From mi and my dear's Harris Trip, the end of IA periods, and taking up academic coaching job from a fren's company and all the way till now, just came back from a so called " post graduation trip" in Australia. Which in fact right now, having to do a self-quarantine period at home and whom i miss my darling the most.. And at right this moment, just received a sms notice that my IA result is out on the school website from a classmate.

Hmmm, my heart was still pounding heart when i was doing a msn conversation with my darling, whlist that sms cam along. Didnt really wanna check the result right away, but on the other hand, my inner self told me to do it right away. Anyway, i did just that after the end of the msn conversation.

Reason being: i was quite confident that i will score pretty ok for this one. Furthermore, my darling also urge me to do so too. So in total, "Just do it."

So, came the school website and tried to open the studentlink platform to retrieve the result. And before, i had to key in my a User id and the password as well...

Da Da... One big white screen came and some scores lettering came about. Well, a B+ for this MS3079 module ... Argh.. In fact the ideal case would be a A for this one. I did have confident to grab at least an A- thou. Why a B+ ne??? Well, let do some mathematics here...

For an A: the grade gives a 5.0 scores, since this modules holds a 10 academic units ( similar to credits) , then this give a larger weightage to my cumulative GPA .. Thats will be 3.42 ... Hence i will need to strive a 0.08 more for next 2 sem to push my class from a 3rd class to a 2nd upper much easily...

For an A-: same explanation goes, but will make my CGPA to a 3.38 .... Although still within a 3.3 range, but with an 8 behind will still look pretty cool to a 3.4 de lor.. haiz....

Anyway, the fact now is a B+: this grade gives a 4.0 scores, which made my CGPA to 3.33, in fact that was my CPGA score when i was in Sem 2, year 2 thou. Well, to think optimistically...

"ya chris! you have managed to pull up ya CGPA which was you have obtain 1 years back." LOL

22 weeks of IA , will numerous hours of editing the project reports, assignments along the way with my supervisors and also the early hours of waking up to go to work... does a B+ really worth ???

Well, actually it is quite normal for us to " curse and swear" for this one. But i think i have done my part and have carried out my duties as a IA students. Furthermore, although grades really meant alot here.. but the working experiences are something which only ourselves can learnt and kept with.. So, i guess a B+ is still quite reasonable thou.

On the other hand, i'm not too sure how the rest of my colleagues did.. One of them did say these:

" well, not so good... and i guess we need to work harder for next semester"...

Hmm, so i'm really not certain about her grades.. Actually, i really hope to shine among the 2 of them.. i might be a little "boostful" here... but i think i did alit better than them.. During the IA period, i'm kinda like their communicator since both of them came from foreign countries and also to help them out in several tasks when asked because of being a "male"... ** those heavy stuff to be carried around"... Anyway, it doesn't matters now.. What really matters would be the experience i brought back with me, and all the sweet memories that i have during my stay in the IA company some time ago.

And i will still be as strong as ever.. Striving hard to challenge the GPA system.. Second Lower i'll be looking at you~!!!!!!!

A series of events

My darling will be having her exams very soon. In fact the first paper falls on tuesday, that will be tomorrow. This time round shall be her final round of exam before she's going to step into working society. From the way i have been observing her during our past few revision session, i can see her making her full effort in doing the revision, preparations for upcoming examinations. The other day, we went to TP to do some mugging, at some point, it make me realise that i could be the final time when both of us doing mugging in such a study environment already. In fact, revision/ mugging is a key factor why both of us have met and continue our courtship till now a happy couple. :) Anyway, some things are meant for memories, these mugging events shall be part of our fond memories and to share with our loved ones in the future. Her final 4 papers gonna be tight in schedules. therefore, i "plung" my courage to initiate a 2 weeks "off" for both of us. This shall give her more time and focus for the preparation, and perhaps taking these 2 weeks to make us more "miss" each other (according to what my dear told me). I do agree!!! haahaha. Its like every week we will meet each other at least once a week, and thus a 2 week "off" might be a small test for us. Anyway, knowing that my darling is doing fine for her preparation, really makes me happy and contented for wat i have initiated earlier on (i.e the 2 weeks "off"). And i guess she know my intention as well. This is just a small act which i can do to give her that support for her exam. The next time when we will meet shall be our trip and i shall be her "winnie the pool" to carry her little luggage and held on to her little hand and aboard a ferry to a wonderful place to relax her mind~!

Yesterday, was also a second day for me to work as a checker for a dragonboat race held in bedok reservior park. It was a joint event together with people association. Different dragonboat teams/ schools canoeing teams/ corporate organisations were there to compete against each other in various events.

There were 10 mens crew dragonboating, 20 mens crew dragonboating, kayaking events etc.

Together with 9 other checkers, our job scope was to ensure the correct participants joined the correct event. we would need to validate their names as well as NRIC to make sure that no "cheatings" takes place. It was a nice event. The task was rather easy to perform as well. I had the chance to meet new people and make new peers too. Perhaps, i'm more inclined towards the human relationships. I'm pretty sure i would wanna work in this event again. Perhap, i will pull u in too k, darling.. LOL... heres a pic....

Last week , i have managed to make an appointment with my prof , the appointment was made possibel by his secretary. It was regarding the FYP selections. Since next sem i'm going to be a year 4 student, therefore, it was required for us to look for potential FYP topics and visit the corresponding prof to seek their approval to take up their topic. Many students will be going through it and may visit the same prof on similar topics. Therefore, the prof shall screen the student and award them with the topic if he/she feels that the student has the ability to take up the projects.

It took place in his office at 3:15pm, today. i decided to make an early trip to school by 1pm. I had my lunch at the canteen, ordered my favourite dish, ginger fish slides with egg and rice. :) ahhaa.. Feel pretty excited about the ordeal that i will be going through in a couple of hours ahead. Before, reaching his office, i went to the library to print out some notes of the FYP topics.

I guess it is a small preparation for me before meeting him, and that i am aware of the topic and some key definition on the terms that will be used during the conversation. The prof whom i chose is one of the top prof inmy faulty. He is the dean of researching department. It may sound a little challenging, but i believe i have the capability to take up his project.

The topic is about drug delivery system, by using certain techniques and material science technology to test and evaluate the properties and retention times on a certain material film on the arterial walls in the body. This material is a copolymer (plastic) known as PLGA and with nano particles. PLGA is known to be biocompatible and biodegradable. Anyway, i quite interested in these topic thus decided to visit the prof. Well, it was short interview conducted by prof. Questions like "why u like this topic" "how's ya IA doing" were asked. I guessed that I have answered them promptly.

I have also shown the prof a short slide presentation on what i have done in my IA at this point of time. Sounds abit yaya right? but my main objective was to give him a little understanding about wht i have done, analysis and achieved during the IA, at the same time, to let him know that i have the capability to perform well.

Well, there was one question which he asked that made me uneasy thou.

He asked," so what ya cumulative GPA?"

I replied," 3.3"

He then replied," hmm, not as that good..."

I gave a smile and should have replied, " i will work harder".

Althought he didnt say explicitly, but i believe i have got his intention, since many students have approached him for FYP selection, I guess his main criteria would be based on this aspect.

Oh sharks..... Really hope it will not be that way... does academic results really matters here.. does it mean that a low CGPA student cannot produce a good piece of work... or does it mean that a low CPGA student will make a prof lost reputation if the FYP does fail during the investigation. i guess i can give more than that.

I hope my strong Biology interest, background and the IA presentation can "touch" his heart...

I'm crossing my fingers as the IA result allocation will be out next monday...

It's definitely quite some weeks since i have last updated my blog entry.. Well, its been almost 12 weeks in my IA program, having to have completed some of the tasks and assignments ,generating reports and also to update a list of nv ending item lists. Anyway,

all these were not seen as chores to me, but more like a learning experience for myself. Been always telling people that what i'm doing arent related to my course of study. But, deep down in the heart, i understand that these tasks arent just the activities which were required to be carry out mandatory, but the thinking processes, the procedures which i

have undertaken will be the key learning points that i would be bring back to my school coming August. Anyway, its been rather encouraging to have meet new colleagues, having to know them more in personal as well as to learn more the manufacturing industry. Perhaps, i should be glad to have taken up this IA company during the 2nd round of the IA choosing system. Although, the given allowance was alittle low, but i see the experiences to be more of the weighage factor. The school tutor recently paid the team a visit in the IA company, and i am really happy to hear that we have received good feedback by th supervisor. These really make us moltivated, and i guess we will continue to strive hard and perform to our best abilities.So after saying this, i have my "de yi" zhuo pin to show you k, dear ???

Recently, i have also took up a Tshirt design competition organised by my university, the selected tee design would be used for the freshmen orientation next sem. Well, so that really inspired me; to have my very own design tee to be wore by all new freshies.. Sounds cool right, dear!!? Anyway, one thing which is always a philosphy for me, i.e. " if one decided to do something, do it to the best of his ability, otherwise choose not do it." . Therefore, took some time to design the designs, came out with 3 designs and eventually sent out 2 to the competition committee. One week passed, and woot!!! to my surprise i received an email from the my school department manager, it stated: " Hi Mr. C, Congratulation, your design has been shortlisted by the selection commitee, but it is proposed for u to help in a modification before further considerations" That really excited me.. It's kinda glad that the creativity, the time, the effort , has been seen by people. Well, perhaps its kinda my character, where i really hope to see such kinda of appreciation given and the same ways goes for me, to show appreciation to ppl ard me whom i feel have appreciate my actions and advise. Sounds a little serous or kinda too ke qi here it may seems, but just feel that ren yu ren zhi jian should have this form of thought too. Well, so far so good, no rejection email have been received ever since, the chances still kinda high. Let wish my design all the best !! ^.^ heehee. Shall show you both the original and the modified design ! :D

Hi dear, its been a long while since i have added an entry to the blog. I guess you might be waiting right? hahah.. Anyway, this morning, shall share with you 2 drawings that related to my IA since the start of year.

By the way, congrat for obtaining a dist for one of the projects!! so happy for u... yeah!

Well, it's almost mid way of my IA. And do agree with me, is been really fast. I just can't wait to get back to school, do mugging and attend lectures , and most importantly to end the University to start on the career le. U must be thinking along this way, don't you.!! A less than 3 months, you're going for the grad trip le. :)

These drawing were done with the help of MS powerpoint. A constructive layout of the company warehouse. Nice ma?? haha.. This is my first time doing it and i feel that is quit well done. And i do hope my supervisor will appreciate it too. The team went down the actual site to read and do measurement before i could sit down to do these drawing. The two pics took me about 3 days to complete. Well, hopefully if there's a 3D software in the company which i can learn for the drawings to be done in 3D. That will be great!

CHINGAY + RIVER HONGBAO 2009

It's a few weeks since the last blog entry been posted. The LNY holiday passed very quickly and now i'm gonna tune back the pace to face my attachment programme again~! Well, in fact the next few months will be busy for me. Other than the usual reports that i need to gathered in my work, i will be using these IA period to learn driving, i hope to be able to obtain the license in July 2009. Most of the weekends will be cathered for the driving practices and also to find some weekend ad hoc assignments to earn alittle more pocket money. In the midst of perform them, i will also be involved in planning of June's "advanced graduation trip" with 4 other ex JC peers. We will be heading to Australia (Perth,Melbourne,Sydney, Canberra), this will be the 1st time for me, and i'm really excited to visit the country and to gain some exposure within the western culture. :) In the mean time, we are looking at a 11D9N trip. In fact, the trip was named as " Ownage trip 2009" LOL.We gonna rulez this trip. I believe the team will be able to plan a smooth and fun trip together.

Well, Vday coming round the corner, this time for me to start my brain juice flowing as well (same with my darling too right^^) Hmm, a rough idea has been generated since last week. And i guess i will be working towards it... Time really flies, the upcoming Vday will be the 2nd time for us. When ever, i think of it, the happy thoughts really come to mind in no time!!! Cant wait to spend the Vday with you in 2 weeks time.

I am really proud to say that today's dinner gathering with my Uni mates was a success. Brought dear along for the gathering. Initially, i thought that she might feel aliitle left out, but instead i was able to see her blending well with my Uni mates. Especially the fact that my female uni mates treat her as "sisters" as well. Really feel happy when i see the sight. :) The last sms from her told me that she had enjoyed herself, this really reassure me that i have made the right move to have her with me last evening. Guess at our ages, we would like to cherish our friendships and to make new friends, keeping and treasures the good ones. Furthermore, by knowing my frens will allows my dear to know more about myself , the way i communicate with them and to let her know that the frens i click with are of good nature. ^^ ** dear, i would also wanna do the same too k, when u have your gathering **

Jumping Workshop Lifts Attendees To New Heights

NEW CHAPEL HILL -- Skipping, criss-crossing your hands while jumping or doing hand stands and 360-degree turns doesn't seem to be that hard with a little practice. But try doing it with a jump rope -- that is skill.

On Saturday at the Chapel Hill High School campus, more than 200 avid rope jumpers of all ages attended the Heart Throbbers Jump Rope Team's annual workshop.

It was a chance to show off their skills and pick up a few more. Twenty-one teams from around the country attended -- including those from Ohio, Washington, Utah, Louisiana, West Virginia and Texas. Instructors were youth ranging from seventh grade to college age.

The workshop offered instruction in single rope, partner and double Dutch stunts.

Ashton Horton, a Jones fourth-grader and Heart Throbbers member, works on a jump-rope combination Saturday morning. He placed third in the nation last summer.

Based in Tyler, Heart Throbbers was started in 1992 by Tracy Berg and she began offering the workshops about two years later. A former elementary physical education teacher, she wanted to provide everyone with the opportunity to take advantage of the many benefits of jumping rope. Her team participates in national competitions and connects with other rope jumpers from around the country.

Some adults even participated, as the sport of jumping rope has not only proven to be fun for all ages, but a health benefit.

"It is a great exercise," Ms. Berg said. "The health benefits are immeasurable. They also learn teamwork and leadership skills because the kids learn from each other. They make friends and root for them at different events. Competitions are like family reunions."

The workshop was led by Shaun Hamilton of Ohio-based Jumping Sports Industries. He is a board member of USA Jump Rope and head coach of the USA Jump Rope All-Star Team. He has set world records and said he would like to introduce the sport to the Olympics. He said in addition to the health benefits, jumping rope boosts character skills.

"It teaches structure and discipline and with obesity running rampant in this country, it's a great remedy for it," he said. "It is still the No. 1 cardiovascular exercise you can do."

According to researchers, jumping rope is an ideal brain exercise because it develops the left and right sides of the brain. They say it increases mental alertness and spatial awareness. In addition, the rhythmic effects and skills, such as criss-crossing at the midsection, improve reading skills.

Patrick Vorbroker, 16, of Mason, Ohio, has been jumping rope for five years since joining an after-school enrichment program. His team won second overall in a world competition last summer in South Africa. One of the Saturday workshop's staff members, he said he enjoys teaching others what he loves to do.

"They get good enough to teach you stuff," he said. "That's when you know it's worth it."

Jumping rope never really died, but it is definitely growing in popularity, workshop leaders say. Like any other sport, people are serious about jumping rope. It has different levels of skill that take years of developing. And it has evolved. Boxers and other athletes have used it to improve agility and speed.

"It's a growing sport," Ms. Berg said. "It's not just for little girls. Half of our team is boys. It's a great cross-trainer for other sports and there's no limit to the creativity. It's always changing every year."

Heart Throbbers also display their skills at schools for Jump Rope for Heart, a national educational fundraising program sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.

Dear, i have just gotten my bath and about to go take a rest ya. Today's crowd was really awesome, super long queue since 1030am. In fact the booth only started at about 11am. Hmm, was alit late reaching TM this morning, due to a traffic jam at bedok reservoir area.

So when i reached the booth, i was really shocked to see the crowd. Furthermore, most of the colleagues over there, had been working for more than 3-4 days. So, moost of them knew how to cope with the crowd, and to be able to take more names and particular given the same number of working hours. I was a little slow this morning and caught up alit in the afternoon. Actually took some time to regulate the pause and the no of people whom i attended to. Too many people in the queue and too many colleagues at work, that make things a lit messy. Individuality also at stake, hence we are suppose to achieve the quota by ourselves and also to manage the datas at the end of the day.

The early afternoon period was really messy. The materials and stock were limited, yet the no of people queuing gets larger and larger. i had to use a rough paper to write the particulars for the people whom i attended to, to make sure the the gifts or prizes tallies at the end of the day. So, in the end i had to spent almost 2 hours to complete the tabulation and to transfer these data to the proper document sheets. Guess what dear? i very smart.. i went to burger king to transfer them, so i wont have to stand to do the transfer at the booth. Actually, i did lose out by doing so, cos i will not be able to "capture" the late evening crowd. I started the tabulation at 8pm ( official closing time is at 9pm de). anyway, i told myself that it was better for me to have my data tabulated properly rather that capture more datas till 9pm and then to start doing the tabulation after 9pm. In fact, when i finished the tabul, i went back to the booth to submit the completed one, the rest of the colleagues were still there, doing the sorting etc. Think they could only finished it after midnight ba.

By the way, i had my phone placed in my bag this morning when i started working, so that i wun cause any damage to the new repaired phone again. Told myself to constantly check the hp for any rings or sms. dear, really very sorry.. only managed to collect the bag( for safe keeping) after the working hour. That was the time which i saw your sms sent at 2pm. And the first thing i completed my tabulation and admin stuff, it was to give you a call, to hear your voice and to make my slef more relax de, but i think it was really late thou. almost 11plus le. Hope you would understand ya. Paiseh ^^

Well, recently we been through some diffcult things in our r/s. But hor.. i still feel that the faith for me in you still there... The love still there, and i still think that thing will be working out. At least right now, we have managed to throw out all these issues to ponder. Might be a lit difficult to solve all at once. But i guess we are trying to solve them one at a time. Besides, it could be also my D's issue that trigger all these thoughts too. I do agree with you that i'm too a serious and also sensitive person. Similarly you may have also think that u might be alit self-centered at times. But i think its the ways how we would want to compromise the achieve the final result ya. About the personality issue, i guess we are improving alittle. i myself i would say that i starting to be more open and be less sensitive to things. Taking todays work for example, i was able to be take about what ppl say or trying to put words with other meanings to me personally. I'm able adjust myself and give those serious look to ppl. ^^ but hor, i still try to give a little firm look at those ppl whom seems unreasonable de!! heehee. Guess you might think that "eh, you are behaving like this because you are working ma, a different thing her." hmm, but i still think that it a one step for me to realise my short coming too.

Think many factors would have led me to be a talk serious, act serious and defensive person ba.

Maybe :

1. My University life could have contributed me to be a more defensive person. Too many elite ppl out there...

2. My peers mostly talk very serious, ended up i also become serious with my tones and use of speech...

3. Act serious, been always a careful person.. to an extend that i neglect that there should always been a relax to it at BGR.

Perhaps these are some of the factors that i could think of at this point of time.

Thinking back to what i have mentioned, sometimes it might be because of the lack of my vocab in expressing my thoughts that could have led to some unnecessary issue. For e.g. the word "worth" for yesterday.. didnt really expect dear that you would think of that way de. Sometimes that word i used seems misappropriate at times also. Making yourself unhappy de.

Guess i have always want to put myself into other ppl shoes and most of the time neglected my own. I guess i really really need to open up more. To be the christopher that i used to be last time. And be the cheerful one and to bring happiness to that someone (thats you)

Everytime when i see ya friendster hor.. Since the first day you place it , I have always rem that sentence that you put in your profile This sentence is always something that i would always want to uphold.

" I have finally found someone whom can make me happy"...

I also wanna reply to this sentence too..." i have finally found someone whom i can give happiness too..."

Despite all these difficult issues at this point of time, i still believe that i will be able to continue to uphold it. On a lighter note, These difficult issues arent going to kill our relationship but will make us both stronger for ever more.

Till now, i still feel that you are the potential one, whom i will put all my heart and soul into, to care and to protect you.

Definition

Cerebral palsy refers to a group of disorders that involve loss of movement or loss of other nerve function.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Cerebral palsy is caused by injuries to the cerebrum (the largest part of the brain), which occur as the baby grows in the womb or near the time of birth.

Initially cerebral palsy was thought to be related to trauma and strangulation during birth (birth asphyxia), which leads to lack of oxygen to the brain), but in a study of 45,000 births it was shown that birth asphyxia is an uncommon cause of cerebral palsy.

In patients with cerebral palsy, parts of the brain areas receive lower levels of oxygen (hypoxia) at some point, but it is not known why this occurs.

Premature infants have a slightly higher rate of cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy may also occur during early infancy as a result of illnesses (encephalitis, meningitis, herpes simplex infections, and so on), head injury that results in subdural hematoma, blood vessel injuries, and many others conditions.

Injury to the cerebrum can result in the loss of nerve functions in widely different areas. The classical finding of CP is increased muscle tone ( spasticity ). Spasticity may affect:

One arm or leg
One side of the body (spastic hemiplegia)
Both legs (spastic diplegia)
Both arms and legs (spastic quadriplegia)

In addition, the child may have a partial or full loss of movement (paralysis), problems hearing and vision, and sensation abnormalities. Speech problems are common.Seizures may occur.

Intellectual function may range from extremely bright normal to severe mental retardation. Symptoms are usually seen before age 2. In severe cases, they may appear as early as 3 months.

Classifications of cerebral palsy include spastic, dyskinetic, ataxic, and mixed.

Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type.
Dyskinetic (athetoid) cerebral palsy involves development of abnormal movements (twisting, jerking, or other movements).
Ataxic cerebral palsy involves tremors, unsteady gait, loss of coordination, and abnormal movements.
Mixed cerebral palsy involves any combination of symptoms.

Expectations (prognosis)

Cerebral palsy is a lifelong disorder. Long-term care may be required. The disorder does not affect expected length of life. The extent of disability varies.

The central nervous system is comprised of the brain and spinal cord. The peripheral nervous system includes all peripheral nerves.

The clinical definition of Cerebral Palsy is “a non specific term used to describe persistent qualitative motor disorder caused by non-progressive damage to the brain” (Saunders Encyclopedia and Dictionary of Medical Nursing and Allied Health). Breaking that apart: Cerebral is anything that pertains to the cerebrum (main portion of the brain) and Palsy is paralysis. In simplistic terms: Brain Paralysis or brain damage. The AMA determines Cerebral Palsy to be occurring before age 5.

Cerebral Palsy is neither contagious nor progressive.  When someone who has Cerebral Palsy dies, it is not the CP itself that has caused the death.  Rather, it is the result brain damage that has occurred in another area of the brain.  There are several disorders associated with Cerebral Palsy, as the brain damage is typically not restricted to the motor centers of the brain.

There are several classifications of CP.  One does not simply have CP.  This usually begins with how the muscles are affected.   The Spastic type is when there are exaggerated stretch reflexes, increased deep tendon reflexes and muscle spasm.  Secondly, is the Athetiod type wherein there is purposeless, uncontrollable movements and muscle tension.  Finally there is Atactic which leaves the child with poor balance, poor coordination and gait.  You may hear these simply described as either being tight (spastic) or floppy (Atactic).  Athetiod may also be characterized as writhing movements.

Your child may have one or more types.  Usually this presents as a Spastic-Athetiod combination.  These types may also change over the years.  Most frequently this is either from a singular type to a combination, either Spastic or Athetiod to a Spastic Athetiod combination or Atatic to an Atactic-Athetiod.  It is also possible that a Spastic child may become predominately Athetiod, or vice versa.  A child going from Spastic to Atactic will almost never occur.

With these classifications then comes the location.  This can be diplegia, affecting like extremities (both arms or both legs): hemiplegia, affecting one side (the opposite side of brain injury): triplegia, affecting three extremities or quadriplegia (tetraplegia) affecting all four extremities.

Additionally, to further confuse the issue, CP is given a severity level: mild, moderate or severe.

The end result gives you something like this:

The different types are treated in different manors and certain types are apt to be more severe in general.

The degree of spasticity in spastic diplegia, and, for that matter, other types of spastic CP, can and almost always does vary widely from person to person. No two people with spastic diplegia are exactly alike, and no form of CP is genetic, nor has any reliable scientific research yet been done to point to susceptibility to CP along hereditary lines.

Above the hips, persons with spastic diplegia typically retain normal or near-normal muscle tone and range of motion, though some lesser spasticity may also affect the upper body, such as the trunk and arms, depending on the severity of the condition in the individual. Additionally, because leg tightness often leads to instability in ambulation, extra muscle tension usually develops in the upper body, shoulders, and arms due to compensatory stabilization movements, regardless of the fact that the upper body itself is not directly affected by the condition. Meanwhile, lower-extremity spasticity in spastic diplegia is rarely so great as to totally prevent ambulation — i.e., most people with the condition can walk — but the main difference between spastic diplegia and a normal gait pattern is that spastic diplegia does result in the signature "scissor gait" that some able-bodied people might tend to confuse with the effects ofdrunkenness, multiple sclerosis or another nerve disease.

Causes

Doctors aren't sure what causes CP. This matter has been debated over the years with no obvious answers or conclusions.

Some causes of CP are asphyxia, hypoxia of the brain, birth trauma, premature birth, and certain infections in the mother during and before birth such as strep infections, central nervous system infections, trauma, consecutive hematomas, and placenta abruptio.

Between 40% and 50% of all children who develop cerebral palsy were born prematurely. Premature babies have a higher risk in part because their organs are not yet fully developed. This increases the risk of asphyxia and other injury to the brain, which in turn increases the incidence of CP. Periventricular leukomalacia is an important cause of CP.

Recent research has demonstrated that intrapartum asphyxia is not the most important cause, probably accounting for no more than 10 percent of all cases; rather, infections in the mother, even infections that are not easily detected, may triple the risk of the child developing the disorder, mainly as the result of the toxicity to the fetal brain of cytokines that are produced as part of the inflammatory response.^[1]

The risk of a baby having CP increases as the birth weight decreases. A baby who is born prematurely usually has a low birth weight, less than 5.5 lb, but full-term babies can also have low birth weights. Multiple-birth babies are more likely than single-birth babies to be born early or with a low birth weight.

After birth, the condition may be caused by toxins, severe jaundice, lead poisoning, physical brain injury, shaken baby syndrome, incidents involving hypoxia to the brain (such as near drowning), and encephalitis or meningitis. The three most common causes of asphyxia in the young child are: choking on foreign objects such as toys and pieces of food; poisoning; and near drowning.

Some structural brain anomalies such as lissencephaly cause symptoms of CP, although whether that could be considered CP is a matter of opinion (some people say CP must be due to brain damage, whereas these people never had a normal brain). Often this goes along with rare chromosome disorders and CP is not genetic or hereditary.

Despite a long hour of sleep to recharge myself yesterday, a seafood dinner gathering with my secondary peers in the evening, i still feel something amiss. Perhaps, i still pondering over what my dear have mentioned to me on friday evening.

Actually to think of it, it was also the first time that she had asked for me to take a seat and to have a short chat over some issue.

In fact after the chat, many things struck me. Believed this will be the first time that i'm in this situation like it. In the past, i would think of the many wonderful things and goals that i am going to accomplish and to fulfill in the years to come. Especially so after i have shared with her about our goal 20122012... So many things that i would like to achieve with her together.

As i was able to "lock and strive them all"....

An important issue was mentioned during our chat and its kinda "shaken" me.. The more i think about this issue thou, the more uncertainties that i made. Perhaps more wrongful assumptions that i have given myself. I would say that it more than just a visit to the D but it does implies on many other issues too.

Honestly speaking, i'm would say that i'm a contented to what i have, the family that i'm bought up in, and also the many happy events that came across my life (including meeting my dear and to have her in my life till this point of time). As what i have mentioned earlier, if she have noted, it is also because of my dad's issue that make me what i am now. To learn to care, to appreciate things, and most importantly to be a filial child.

And so what if someone came from a rich, fed with sliver spoon or even from a healthy family and to those whom often ask parent for spare money? There is also possiblities for him/her to led astray, not filial and to take many things for granted. Really distaste such people...

"Life kinda unfair, just when you have met "the one", and an obstacle set in..." When i heard from her, 2 things came into my mind.. Felt really contented because this means that i'm the one already. On the other hand, this obstacle is may sound very unfriendly and may cause some devastating effect to our relationship...

Do i really need to go through all these? Am i ready for all this, How about the future that i have set for myself earlier???

And what if this obstacle crossed and something else set in in the future...

Have i seen the protective self of an individual.. Although i knows it is a typical human feeling, but am i seeing it too early?/ Have i mentioned the goal 20122012 too early as well? Gosh.. the more i think of it, the more insecurity came into my mind. How am i to take care of someone, when i myself feel insecure . It has never been this way before... What should i do... Is like i'm climbing up a flight of steps and fallen more steps this time round.. And what if something bad happened after 20122012 **touch wood"? Am i going to be someone of guilty for example...

In a big dilemma this time. You at stake, me at stake, our future at stake.

Since young, i have always had this perception in mind, when 2 person in love, no matter what happened to the other person.. They will also walk through it together.. Think after sunday's chat, i realise that this perception has changed, it was really too ideal..

Think i'm sounding too pessimistic this time.. But i just could not think otherwise...Yucks.. really should not be thinking along that line... Chris Chris!!!! You are not like this.. What happened to you???

Almost 1.5 weeks in my IA company thou. Finally received my staff card. Industrial Attachment for 22 weeks.

Its been a while since i have last entered my blog entry ( know my darling is anticipating for it right?) Well, so i shall write a short entry to quench my darling's thirst (oops.. dun think anyhow k?) haha...

Well, 3 days since the start of my attachment program. I'm still in the midst of tuning my biological clock (to be able to wake up at 530am is really a challenge for me at this point of time).

530am: wakey wakey

535am: will be trying to "nuah" a little before i stand on feet, wash up

550am: get changed up to the working cloth

555am: try to do last min stuff i.e. wear contact lens, comb comb hair.

6am: make myself a cup of coffee and bite some bread

610am: grab my keys and off to take the bus.

to catch the bus at 630am...

I have yet to ride any bus later than 6.30am ( cos this particular one will allow me to reach the my work place at about 7.30am. So, i would have ample time to walk into the company (about 5 mins breeze walk).

Hmm, for the past 3 days , i was issued the temporary card (i.e. card no. 0001). This notation also make me the earliest IA student to reach the workplace. Yeah, i've won 7 others in this 3 days at this "aspect".. Hahaha... Therefore, i would wanna maintain the "title" thou. Just kidding, just feel that the timing was just right for me.. I would not have to quicken my pace or run to reach the workplace just on time... Wooo... this also makes me think of my dear dear again! Sorry, dar.. always let you be the one to reach earlier these days. I will bug up ( since my IA have helped me ) and to reach the meeting place on time, in fact earlier than you de ok?? :)

So what have i learnt so far... well, i was able to explore the dynamics of a manufacturing industry. It is really amazing how different department/ the different expertise of ppl/ their ideas that coordinate and were contributing towards the release their goods and to fulfill the customer's needs. Simply to say: " woot.. i saw that synergy". This is also the first time that i'm exposed to this industry, hence i will definitely take this opportunity and chance to learn as many things as possible, and to bring back with me the valuable lesson learnt in establishing an optimization program that is to be implementated in this company.

And finally, with my dar dar de "gu li" , i'm will be able to pull it tru and strive to work towards the goal set by her and for myself...

Year 3 Semester 1 Results Out le~!

A minute ago, i've just clicked on the examination results icon in the school website...

And yes, was quite happy with the results that i received, but definitely there's lots of room for improvement!!!

Overview: 6 subjects taken, all cleared with 1A-, 4B and 1B-, GPA at 3.55/5 for this semester. 2nd best semester since year 2006 ( total of 5 semesters so far).

Dear, share with you on the breakdowns for the subjects k :)

Cores

Metallic & Ceramics Materials (4 AU)

It is one of the most important subject last semester, constitutes a total of 4 Academic Units. Hence, any "mishaps" will cause a devastating pull down to the cumulative GPA. Really took quite a long time to understand the concepts and doing the tutorials for the exam preparation. By the way, it has the most lecture notes to go along with. Initial exam goal for grade was a B- for this module.

Well-O-Well, i have achieve it... Expected grade: B- Received grade: B- Point = 3.0

Analysis of materials (3 AU)

Have been setting a high expectation for this particular module, reason because of the interesting and easy to grab concepts in this modules. Similar concepts in the tutorials were set in the exam. Therefore, the standard (ie. the bell curve for the corhort might not favour to my side.) Scored a A- in the previous CA, which constitutes 30% of total grade ( but you nv know how they deal with their bell curve). Thus, if i'm lucky ( and also after attempting the paper), to sustain an A- would be a bonus for me.

Yeah, prediction was correct... i have received it this morning.

Expected grade: A- Received grade: A- Point = 4.5

Materials Failure (3 AU)

This module required a lot of analysis to the phenonemum as well as the different situations that one or more concepts can be explained. And due to the 2hrs time constraint that we have, the individuals will need to exploit the facts and reasonings as fast as possible. Quite a few hours given to this module as well.. the project assignments took quite some time too. However, it all worthwhile darling, because i have also met my grade set. Expected grade: B Received grade: B Point = 3.5

Material Aspects in Design (3 AU)

Most tedious module for the semester... To be allocated with the a a group, assigned with a design project, meet your tutor, come out with a project report, to perform a presentation, 60% allocated to it and a 40% to a lecture quiz. Well, i have expected to be competing with the rest of the corhort ( again due to the bell curve), so kinda have a mental preparation to score less for this module...

Expected grade: B+ Received grade: B Point= 3.5

Dont know how the rest of my team mate fair for this module... Hmm, hope it similar, if not.. i "dui" heart le :X

Advanced materials processing (4 AU)

Many uncertainty to this particular subject. Been so called " the most xiong" module for material science. Firstly, it constitute 4AU, secondly past year examinations paper were limited, thirdly feedbacks from seniors "Xiong, Difficult, JIA BIG YOU"... In fact, i still find it quite alright, especially for the latter topics, required alittle of visualisation before we can attempt the questions. concepts were similar to some other modules also. Perhaps, the mindset were being manipulated by the fellow frens which prevent an individual from his/her will to perform during the examination. Initially aim was to obtain B- for it... Woot, out-come a B for it.. Kinda exceed my expectation, yippy!!! really help me to pull up the CGPA thou.

Expected grade: B- Received grade: B Point= 3.5

Elective

Forensic Science (3 AU)

Arghh.. this module really a disappointment. Came out from the exam hall (that evening) with the intuition that i might not be able to grab a A or A- from it. Initally "Xing Xin Man Man" , because i really made an effort to trace out the concepts and some of the key points (a liitle summary) for the topics covered. Never did i expect to come out of the hall with T.T when my fren and i tried to compared the answers thou. It's an MCQ exam with a couple of short answer questions. Therefore, one mistake/ one worng option chosen might cause a grade low ( the bell curve again lor!!) Anyway, should not dwell on it.. i have myself to blame, for being to careless for the option chosen. Anyway, expected to have an A- but obtained a B .. If i have S/U it, it could have made my CGPA higher. S/U = dun have to include the grade in the overall result (constitutes 3 AU). Anyway, i have cleared all the required electives, therefore.. no more electives for me to worry coming year 4.

It's almost 1am in the morning. And after this blog entry, i will be going to check my semester results posted in the school website. Wish me luck ok...? darling.

Hmm, this blog entry will be one which will not be unedited, so if there's any mis spelling somewhere or another, or if theres any grammar mistakes, "no link" somewhere, or maybe there's not linkage between the ideas and content, pardon your little darling ok? :)

These few days kinda "not shun" for the both of us. We been have little misunderstandings and miscommunications about our thinkings and actions etc. Family issues and most importantly , some essential components about our relationships. Well, dear.. after many hours of thoughts and pondering, i am quite certain that we are looking into the future between us. As what you have always mentioned to me, we are concerning for each other, our well-being, the common goals and actions. We need to have them align together. And why you are doing so, because the more we love for each other, the more care and concern for our love to last long. Most importantly, you have see me the one that can lead u to happiness... dear, likewise i felt the same too. The arguments for the past few days may seem a disppointment for both of us , i.e. we may not be able to meet the expectations for one another, but on the other hand, i feel that these are the vital arguments that will be the determinant of our lasting relationship for now and in the future. Really de! i should say thank you because without your initalization, everything will be kept at heart, same for me too!

I must admit that i have many things to learn about BGR, issue that i have also neglected, the small little things that a girl would like the guy to do for herself. Actually to think of it, i may have taken things for granted also. ** Things that you did mentioned to me, i should have taken note more seriously.** A girl is still a sweet little girl.. this should also applied to my darling too right? :) Action really speak louder than words. Say is not enough, i should also do my actions de.

Hmm, another thing that i have learn to not do is to be more gentle in the tone in which i reply during a soft argument de. This is something which i had nv learn to realise in the past. I must learn to relate in a softer and better manner. Hmm, feel really guilty that i have always reprimand you that you spoke loud in the public. I myself also doing it!!! Yucks. ** dear, beat my backside when next meet k?**

Generally i someone who listen to ppl, and will change myself and not repeat the mistakes if the one party is making the correct stances. Actually, dear.. i really think you are a wise person when you tried to put your point of view to me.. The EQ towards BGR is really impressive. honestly, i must learn alot from you. Although, this should not be the case eh... :X I understand your point of view de. Its just that the small little ego in me tell me not to say you are right? half tell me to say U're right! half telling me that U're wrong kinda idea here. hope you understand me here. :P As i walk my way home.. the flow of thoughts came in... Actually i do doubt my reasons that i gave you de. The point about not to buy you things at times, at that juncture which i mentioned about you have (the eg.)many bangles le, was really qi hua.. It was my little ego that prevent me from saying, dear.. i should have buy you, sorry k! The more i think about it, i really feel bad thou. All gf should want her bf to have done it more often.

And on the point that money matter, i do admit that i know these period u been more capable ($) to buy things or to enjoy yourself, likewise, for these holiday, my allowance came solely from my ICT and IPPT incentive. So, i have been trying to spend lesser to tie down for the January IA period. Dear, so i kinda have a this mentality to save more... Dear, sorry k, should let u know earlier de. By the way, i feel really happy when you know the point why i have shown you my bank account last week at expo. I didnt say it explicitly, but i know you knew the "han yi" right. Been wanting to do it quite awhile ago, but just cant find the appropriate time and place to do it. this significes that you are very important person in my life, to let u know this personal thing belonging to me to you... an action which i felt one of the most "dearest" thing that i want to do to show my love.

So, about the money matter, when you have asked me in the train about the future, what was thinking in my mind was about the uncertainty that i have... The 1st answer that i wanna give is "YES" , i will be the one ... but on the other hand, i also dont wanna make an empty promise by saying so.. maybe i have neglect the point that what you would like to hear at that moment of time, but my sudden pause might have made u alittle disappointed. Because, i feel that i should not just say "YES" when now i'm a student without $ capability at this point of time. My inner self really tell me to work hard in the future to give you the most happy life thereafter. And relate this to my family, i would also wanna do well in the future, change the exisiting lifestyle of my family, not wanting to live the same standard as what i am now. ** everyone wanna live better dont we." Perhaps its back to my little ego again, dun wan to make an empty promise to my love , and only wanna show it to her when the time comes.

You might now be wondering about the status issue thing... Well, i do admit i was not being polite to say that why now i dun and when status change, i will.. Hmm, maybe i'm being a little selfish and reserve here.. ** which i know i'm really wrong** to only do such things when at different status. Hmm, after what you have say, i really realise my wrong.. perhaps, i can put it as

" Do it often do it more, your love will love you forever more.. " nice quote right! Hmm, not being playful right, but i guess the quote do explain my thought.

Why should i reserve this right, only when we are married, is it because only then she wun run away or something, ~ it's really really wrong here.. What am i thinking. Dun bring in your old r/s here pls!!! Your darling really a nice girl.. She would not have say that you can ditch the girl if she always want you to do the buying. Furthermore, what she really wan is the thought and not the cost of the product!!! Can't you see that , chris!!!!

Darling, this time u have really knock it some sense to me. I should really fan xin fan xin yi !!! I know you really love me alot, same for me too.. Really want to spend the rest of my life with you de.. Really .. guess i have to really start going for consultation with Dr. Love or something to keep our relationship going, smooth and CC99... An old comic strip that i'd once drew!

As i was helping out in the spring cleaning of the house. Trying regroup some of the boxes and bags in my room, i came across a file which had this drawing. As i took a closer look, it was a comic strip drawing during my holiday work at this retail stall. If we were to look closely to the content of the drawing, the comic strip tells us about the stall- layout, and some of the interesting ordeals that came across during that period. And i believe that the holoday work had nerture me to be a wiser guy, able to communicate better with people, and most importantly to learn about how business comes about and to handle them well. Now let us take a look at it...

Step by step --- Xmas special

In this blog entry, i'm going to make an attempt to describe the steps taken to make a DIY photo collage pin-board. This is the christmas + NY 2009 gift that i have made for my dear dear ( not pear pear ok? :P)

Step1: Gather the handicraft that i need before the attempt to fix all together.

First, i would need to have a pin board, this can be purchase separately from a store nearby.

Secondly, i would have to measure the dimension to fix t

he "anti-grip" material to the right of the pin board. By doing so, i will be able to compartmentalize the 2 portion, 1 for message board, another for the photo-collages.

Step 2: Cut the letters that resemble my darling's name "J-O-R-E-E-N" , remember to keep in mind of her favourite colour (pink). Use a black paper for back ground, this helps to give a contrast for the letter to be more visible. Next, attempt to cut a heart shape from a shiny cardboard , to be placed at the right top hand corner.

Step 3: Prepare the materials required to make this decoration; 1X shiny wrap, 1X black string, 1X aluminum foil, 3X rose stalk. Combined them to form this unique decor to be added on to the pin-board.

Step 4: Positioned the brown paper to the "message board", added on with the rest of the handicraft ( step 1 to 3) , this will be the "skeleton" of the photo-collage pin board.

Step 5: Remember that my darling will be able to display new photo collages in the near future, therefore, to make an attempt for a photo-pockets to keep the old ones if new ones come in. All the photos collages were design + gathered earlier last week, therefore, in order not to damage them whlist pinning on-board, it is desirable to cut and paste a small paper square (with hole), attached them to the top center of each collage.

Step 6: Attached the photo pocket to center bottom of the pin-board. 2x chicky chicks clips to add to the decor. Now, it's time to pin the photo collages onto the pin board. A maximum of 4-5 collages would be just nice to fit to board.

Step 7: No printer at the moment. Remember to visit the school library to have the X'mas+NY2009 message print out, will end off by signing off. It will be attached on the message board. Wrapped it up with a nice wrapping paper, and the gift is really to meet my darling tomorrow!!! :D

PS : Really like to thank my darling for her hardwork and time in making the x'mas card, its really nice and very "锦姿"... I have open up for display on my study desk.

Batam Trip 2008!!!

It's been almost 2 weeks since the batam trip, and finally i'm able to post up this blog entry for this trip.

Initially, there was a doubt for whether the trip can proceed on, due to the tight schedules as well as the holiday peak season. And thanks to my little darling, she wa

s able to find this particular resort that was able to cater to our needs. I was so delighted when the reply (from agent) that the dates were available for us. Furthermore, the spa remedy package was also installed for us.

Despite the 2D1N schedule, we were able to participate in the various activities that were catered for us. We visited various POI, indulged oureselves with some seafood lunch feast, brought back the memories with us ( photos and some local food products). Finally, my little darling stayed another night with me and cooked me a DIY dinner, so happy when i heard that its the 1st time she cooking for someone!!!

Most importantly, she had really did an excellent one, ate almost all the soup and food that were prepared specially for me! Dear, you have caught my stomach liao!!! heehee...

I'm just so a lucky guy... ... Whoo hoo! Thank you, darling...

My little thought: It's been always a blessing to have your loved one able to join you for a holiday trip, to places or countries that none have went before. Similarly, this batam trip was the 1st for both of us. So, everything afresh, the new environment and for both to gain the unique experience together.

It was a great batam trip last weekend. I believe both dear and me have taken alot of photos for 2D1N trip. Furthermore, it was added on with a 1N hostel stay with my darling's 1st time DIY dinner for me!!! Feel really honoured to be the one to enjoy this consumptious meal that she has specially prepared for me. Well, think i shall wait for some of these photos to be uploaded by darling, before i gathered my thoughts to write a long blog entry for this batam trip (our very first time).

Later shall mark my 1st day in camp training session. Anyway, the next 2 days, i will be able to make my way home after the training programme. Shall be able to meet darling for dinner after that but ... i might be in sweaty-smelled condition (will be wearing the no.4 uniform).

Alright, sweetheart... shall be awaiting for those batam trip's photos k!!! cant wait to have a look at them.

It's almost 7.40pm, another 1 hour to go before the end of the chatting session with 4 other online "friends". All of us were involved in this "economy resession" dialogue with the 2 hosts from a company. A series of questions were asked and all of us need to response accordingly. So far so good, but i feel alit awkward during the conversation. Some questions were rather personal but i have tried to ans them to the best fo my ability. JY ba!!

Nevertheless, today is the final countdown day for the holiday trip with darling!!!

Yesterday was the result releasal day for my darling. Really delighted to have received her sms with the note that she had cleared all the subjects. It has been a tough semester for her since jul, well.. guessed the hardwork had paid off... 29th December 2008 will be my turn.. Hope i'll be able to clear all too, esp the 2x 4Academic Unit modules (almost half my brain cells went over to these 2 subjects thou).

A long blog entry tonight!

Tonight i shall write a longer blog entry!!!

I have had a long walk this afternoon with the initial aim of purchasing some basic equipment for my upcoming in-camp training next week. Never did i expect that i bought quite a few things back home in the end of the day.

ICT-Basic Equipment purchasing

At around 2 plus pm, i took a MRT ride to Jurong East Station. The E-mart was located at the Chevron, a clubhouse for the civil servants. It took about 45 mins journey to reach JE station. Soon, after i took a look into the locality map. Yesh! Saw the landmark of Chevron. It seems a short distance away from the JE station thou. So, i took a look at the watch again (3.15pm), took a look at the weather, and finally decided to walk to Chevron.

Took an extremely long route to Chervon, bypass the International Business Park (IBP) and also overlook the AYE. ^^ I have never expected to have walk such a long distance. At one instance, i took a dead end path!! So embarassing, I have to walk fast to avoid those aunties and uncles who saw me from the opp road( they were waiting for the company buses back home). After almost 40 mins of walk, i finally see the Chevron (the feeling as thou i have reached a treasure island) LOL. At about 5pm, i reached the Emart, took almost 1/2 an hour to sort out the stuff that i need to buy at this point of time. Bought a couple of PT shorts, powder, singlets, waterbottles, and most importantly, the camouflage bag which served the main purpose for the trip---> hopefully i can have all my stuff packed into it, so that i won't have to bring many bags for this ICT.

(ICT = old birds= no need to bring so many things) LOL.

By the way, i have also bought an Engineer PT singlet for my darling, so that we can wear them together for future jogging session etc. (yeshhh.. got a S size for her, think should be just nice for her!!!)

Finally, purchased the necessary items with the $ credits that i have accumulated over the past 2 years. Decided to not want to walk further, took a bus 52 and proceed back to JE for my dinner.

Jurong East Interchange

Back in Jurong East Interchange, the place was crowded, reason being that it was almost knock-off hours for working ppl... Carried a big plastic bag (with all the equip items from Chevron), so decided to have my dinner nearby. My hungry stomach told me to stop walking and look for the nearest food court. So, sticked with Vari-Nice Food court. I had a hor fun and a cup of ice coffee. Took a while to finish my food.

Since it is hardly for me to come to the west at times, so decided to walk over to IMM building for some window shopping. Perhaps i'm able to grab some Xmas gift or something for darling ...

IMM Building

It's almost 6plus pm , more people are making their way to this building. Xmas greeting decorations filled the main entrance. Shoppers were able to hear the Xmas songs being played . Well, perhaps that was the reasons for me wanting to get a gift for darling this evening. First, i took a stroll in the giant, nothing gained my interests. Next, i took the escalator and level 3 marks the doorstep of Daiso.

Well, i really admire the management of Daiso, the concept of marking the low cost, good quality products that make shoppers want to purchase more items from them. In fact, i'm one of them that bought some stuff from Daiso. (Some handicrafts that would serve me well for this festive season). As i walk in the building, more shops were visited. Finally, one shop caught my eyes!!! Something that i have been longing for, something that i wanted to buy for my darling!!!

Had a little chat with the salesgirl who have helped me to reassure my choice for this gift. Before that, i have also called darling to seek her little opinion. Think i shall play a little prank on her during the trip. In fact, i have asked her whether she would prefer blink blink and black color. (Yessh, that PT singlet also black wor!!! ahahah) Anyway, i believe she will like this gift. And hope she would be wearing it, since its a "couple" thing.

However, i'm not sure whether i should give her during the trip or on Xmas day. But, the significance of this gift can be positioned on both. My intuition tells me that i should give her during the trip since its more relaxing, and a place where there's 2 of us. Well, Xmas day will be alittle align to a festive meaning.

How? How? How? >.<>

Almost 1.5 years for our relationship. It had been relatively a good one with little hipcups along the way, and i really hope that the gift will symbolise that "i want" to walk many more miles with her. And the engraving that were made which symbolises the "i love" that it brings across to my darling!!!

Finally, to end of tonight's blog entry, i shall give a sneak preview of the gift for my darling girl aka LP !!!

It's been almost a week since the end of last paper. Been staying at home, relaxing myself. Once awhile would be thinking of her, anticipating the good trip that we will be having, this coming saturday. Really hope she will enjoy the trip which i always in mind for her. I would like want her to relax herself, to be far away from our home, enjoying the spa remedy that have been installed for her. this trip will be a memorable one for her. Really hope she will enjoy it with ease! Since her result day falls TODAY!!! 4-12-2008.

Finally i see my darling!!!

Well, it been a long while since i have seen my darling. Really excited about our meet yesterday afternoon. I was still in the campus early in the morning. Decided to pack alittle more before making my trip back to the east via the MRT. It was a long and cooling ride. The heart of mine was telling me to quickly reach home, and to meet her as fast as possible. To have the most time with her as possible. I have went home with a big roller bag. It was packed mostly with my clothing and some books. ( Perhaps the latter have made the bag heavier than usual) . Pushed it all the way back to home. And within 1/2 hours after , i came out of home and to want to meet my darling below her flat! Hmm, made a little promise during the examination period (that is to give her a big hug, which will be the 1st thing that i will do when i give her). So, have decided that to do it below her flat. ( Actually, public places, i'm ok but it might be shorter hug, i supposed)

As she came down the staircase,

i realised that my heartbeat became more rapid, perhaps i'm a little shy to held my both hands to want to give her that hug. Never did i expect a little "K**S" in return thou. Anyway, it really nice to see her , holding her little hand, swinging like never before.

We went to Safra Mt Faber, Mt Faber top, Henderson Wave, Forest Walk, final check point at hortpark!!! Was a long journey but i believe it was a nice and wonderful one that we have had. Really fortunate to be the first guy to bring her to the Mt Faber ( as she has yet to go there before). Looking at those contented smiles on her face makes me really a lucky guy and joyful. It is always a proud thing to make your love one happy!!! Took her to walk across the 60+m henderson waves ( a newly built bridge, looked like a spiral DNA structure which span across the Mt faber and T.Blangah hill). The good weather blissed us, with the nice sunset color shining above us. We took a short rest over before proceeding to the hortpark. Held on her hand walking across the bridge as thou we are walking through life journey together!! ^^ shy now.

Hortpark was a nice place, good ambient with cosy restaurant within. Quite a lot of people inside sheltered area with many flowers and horticulture-related activities. Maybe visiting it during the day time would be more enlightening.

Took quite a few pictures with darling during yesterday's outing. Would be expecting more for our upcoming Batam Trip. :) Can sense that she worried about her exam result alot!!! Well, dear.. you will do it k, must be confident! You have all the morale supprt from me k!

Can wait to reveal this blog site to her!! A few more days to go!!! hehehe.

2nd Day of Uni-After-Exam Retreat (P.UBin)

Last Friday marked the 2nd day of the MSE-Buddies After Exam Retreat @ Palau Ubin. The program for the day were: Group lunch at Changi Village, Group cycling trip around the island, and to enjoy the sunny weather for the day.

A total of 9 of us went for the retreat. They are: Donny, Ronnie,Changloo, Zhichang, Zequan, Samantha, Iris, Kaiyie and Myself. We have had a great time together after a long and brain-juiced draining of examinations period. Well, shall upload a couple of pics taken by the 3.2Megapixel HP that day. (However, most of them were taken on Iris 5Megapixel HP). Hmm, let the pictures describes some of the events !!! ^^

What can i observe from the photo (left)?

Ans: Lots of definitions to be memorized, highlighted to make it more prominent and justified, increased visibility by underlining with keywords with pencil. The sentences written in blue is a past year exam question. By writting it down, will help to reinforce the concept and pin point to the desirable answer. Arrows were drew to help to do a small "mind-map". Last by not least, this is an Engineering course module denoted by the left top quarter's subnotes.

What can i observe in this photo (left)?

Ans: A little messy, must be due to some examinations coming the way, like to have colorful things around the owner of this desk. Left hand corner may have marked a "tibits" area. with coffee and mineral waters etc. Owner may be missing his/her loved ones since backboard pasted/ attached a lot of the pictures and cards. Must be really treasured by the owner.

EOE= End of Exam 2008 ( A retreat for all of us)

Yesterday marked EOE (End of Exam) for AY08-09. This semester has been a tough one so far. All the subjects were inter-related with one another. At the midst of revision, i would have come to a point which i may cross-link the concepts as a whole. The final paper was in the morning, so the 8 of us, Sam,Iris,Zhichang,Changloo,Donny,Zequan and myself decided to give ourselves a short KTV session as a retreat for all. The inital venue was decided to be at the chinatown $10KTV, but all of their room were taken up for both the afternoon and evening sessions. In the end, we went on with the KTV retreat by at the Kbox (clementi). We took the K lunch. The session lasted 3+ hours with numerous songs beingsung by all of us. The lunch menu for the day:

1. Chicken rice with soup chicken.

2. Salmon Burger served with 3 hot-fried fishballs.

3. Spagetti with mushroom.

So, dear... what do u think i have for the k lunch.. 3 choose 1 (33.3% chance for a right one). ^^

Advanced Merry Christmas 2008!!!

After the KTV session, we went NTUC to buy food for a steamboat dinner. The venue was held at Changloo's house, we had a total of 2 rounds of steamboat~ing before we called it- a- day! Everyone played our part, contributed in one way or another during the preparation for the food items. Finally, to sit together for a steamboating session!!!

We will be continuing with the 2nd day retreat activity at P.Ubin, fun-filling cycling trip coming our way ...

A thought to ponder

Security guard: "Good morning! How come you're here at such an early hour?"

Myself:" Hello! Oh, having an examination later in the morning, so decided to wake up earlier to catch some revision, at the same time, i'll like to catch a cup of coffee and bread toast for the morning".

Myself:" So, waiting for the canteen to open its door, so in the midst, i'm doing some reading."

Security guard: " I see, u're a hardworking guy eh."

Myself:" Nah,i'm just doing a student's role."

Security guard: " Oh well, so which course are u studying?"

Myself:" I'm studying Material Science Engineering."

The security guard looked at me, and asked: " So, what's your dream?"

I stunned, and smiled....

Well, this question seems alittle profound at the moment but i do believe it is an important and crucial one for me. Another 1.5 years before i step out of the university campus to pursue life-long career and to meet vast number of people from all woks of life. And many a time, i do pose myself this question too. But right at this moment, i could only re-assure myself to do well in my studies and to receive a reasonable class for my Bachelor Degree. Furthermore, i would continue to cherish my loved ones, includes my family members and my sweetheart.

Really hope that she's the one and i will continue to strive hard and to earn my position in her heart. And for my career, i will also want to excel and perform above the expectations that my superiors would like to observe.

Today marked the end of my second paper. The paper constitutes about 70% of the overall grade. 30% will be coming from the quiz and an online assignment. Believed that i have not meet up the expectation for this paper. Well, the questions that were asked had been relatively do-able. In fact , most of them came from the past year papers too. But, i have underestimated them. Most of the calculations steps were missed out. Those sums that i have practiced did not came out either. Luckily, most of definitions and key concepts were established. Some diagrams were drawn to help in my illustration to the concepts. Really hope that i can receive a decent grade for this module ( and with the help of the other 30%). In contrast, i will not want to make the mistaken again by not going through the past year papers more often (my initial thought was to get the main theories from the lecture notes and my self help notes). Anyway, i should not dwell on it anymore, because the heavier weightage of modules (4 academic units) subsequently are going to be tough!! So, i should continue to work hard for it.

A saying goes "the tough will get tougher if you don't do your homework".

Just gave my darling a call on phone just now. I'm really happy to have been able to hear her voice. It is really exciting to share conversation with her despite the "exam stress" that i'm going through now, esp after today's paper. Although, it was just a mere 1/2 hours conversation but in my perspective, it has already foster a form of soul-healing thrapeutic effect.

Rain Rain Go Away

STUDY! STUDY! STUDY! :)

Despite the rainy weather, i'm able to complete most of the revision for the examination later. The module consisted of 4 parts namely: metal failure based on chemistry, failure analysis and basic statistics, fatigues and fractures, as well as wears and tears for metal compounds.

Pretty like this subject due to the "relate-ness" of the contents to our real life. Hence, i would be able to relate some of these concepts with the phenonemum that have occured in my daily life. Moreover, there were diagrams that illustrates them. Honestly, I love diagrams. In fact, some of the self notes that i have created were based on these diagrams. Therefore, it would be really nice to have them displayed in the examination answer scripts if necessary!!! Haha.

Well, the rainy weather really make me want to rest early. But i have to keep up with the pace of my revision. Able to have finished 90% was a great achievement that have been set this morning. The rest of 10% will be for tomorrow morning. Oh ya, promised my darling to wake up at 5am later. Hopefully, i'm able to make it! Haha.

Really feel happier after a short conversation with my roomie yesterday. It was a internal struggle for me since the start of the exam week. Perhaps, i'm an individual whom does not like to confront people. Always feel bad when i have to do that too. Anyway, it was related to the differences in our revision habits. My roomie likes to have music whilst doing revision, whereas for myself i prefer to have as little noise as possible. Hence, this cause some inconvenience to our revision. I have tried to compromise by having my revision done outside of the room, i.e. the lounge or even making my way to the school library. But sometimes i still would like to have it in the room due to the cosy and nice environment that it has. Well, the music was kinda "too loud" and "foreign" to me. Most of the genre of music were fast paced techno in Japanese. Believe it was a little to fast for my heart to take it thou. Haha.

Actually, i'm alright with the music being played but it would be really nice to have it slow and soft. The duration of play was a little too long as well. In fact, the computer was switched on throughout the night. How hardly will we be sleeping peacefully with no MSN sounds being here for the night!!! Anyway, i also realise that i should not be virtually taking away my roomie's freedom in the room. Perhaps, i should learnt to be more focused whilst revising with foreign music played.

Yesterday, after a long internal struggle, i decided to chat with him and share with him about my perspectives about the issue. Things have improved tremedously after that. With softer music (sometimes none), less big movement around the room when i still in the bed, softer door closing sounds etc. But, have i really did the right thing? A win-win situation for us? or Have i took away his freedom where a hostel room should be one that an individual should be care free to do whatever he/she like, or a place where he/she learns to relax and no-books environment.

Well, lets focus on the examination. No matter what, after examination period, its free to do what we want!! A promise i gave to us!

My 1st entry for this blog

It's been quite awhile since i have last blogged. Perhaps, i should start the "habit" again.

This entry will mark the first episode of the blogspot account for myself, and would like to dedicate it to my sweetie pie - Miss Joreen Yee. She is the one whom have encouraged me to do start on blogging once more, maybe a short little "diary" of mine that she can read online too. Furthermore, i have nv tried to use blogspot software for blog entry, perhaps this will help me realise the good user-interface that blogspot gives to its valued users.

Well, have decided to choose the blog address as ilovejolli-jo.blogspot.com becos of its close relationship with my darling's blog, something that i could remember easily and a form of representation for the interest to start this blog. Now, the tagline may seem alittle dull but... SH means my sweetie's name in chinese (decided to make it in cap!) How thoughtful am i right? ^^

I have heard and seen people customising their template for the blog. Perhaps i would want to design one to be uploaded on this blog. Furthermore, this blog shall be announced to my sweetie during the upcoming trip that we shall be having this coming December. Lets hope, this will be a little surprise for her.

This period marks my examination week. It stretches for as long as 2 weeks. 5 papers in total , and of which 2 are going to be held the same day. 1st paper just ended. Final verdict for this paper would be as follows:

1. Pretty well done but would have spare some time to stop and look at questions again! ( some answers were obviously not up to personal expectation ).

2. Concepts were tested but still a need to memorise certain key phrase to enhance the stances.

3. Managed to pick on some minor bonus concepts that not all have understood and exploit during the midst of studying.

4. I have also managed to know who was the person that have scored an A+ (total of 5 ppl in the cohort scored it) for the mid term quiz. Nevertheless, a remarkable A- was obtained by myself ( her matric number was before mine , i.e. she was the one who sat before me in the examination hall.)

5. Ample revision hours were catered for this MS3007 examination. Hope to maintain the same grade as of mid-term. (70% for this exam and 30% were based on mid term)
